Absolutely! The Enterprise plan includes a free data migration service. For other plans you can import data via Excel files.
Pricing & Plans
Free plan for individuals and small projects (1 user, basic features). Basic for small businesses (3 users). Pro for growing businesses (10 users, CRM, mobile). Enterprise for large companies (unlimited).
Yes anytime! When upgrading, only the price difference for the remaining period is charged. When downgrading, the new plan applies from the start of the next month.
We support bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and local electronic payment. For large companies we also accept check payments.
Yes! 20% discount with annual subscription compared to monthly billing — meaning you get 2 months free.
Security & Data
Yes, 100%. Each company has a completely separate database (Database-Level Isolation). Data is encrypted and access is protected by precise permissions. We adhere to the highest international security standards.
Absolutely! You can export all your data at any time in Excel or CSV formats. Your data belongs to you and you always have full access to it.
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation. During this period you can export your data or reactivate the subscription. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted.
Yes, automatic daily backup for all databases. Data can be restored to any day within the last 30 days.

Yes! The website is fully responsive and works on any screen size. A mobile app is also available (Pro plan and above) for both Android and iOS.
Yes! Full support for unlimited currencies with dynamic exchange rates. You can issue invoices in any currency and the system automatically converts to the base currency.
Saytara is designed from the ground up to work in Arabic (RTL). All interfaces, reports and menus are in Arabic. We also support English as a second language.
Yes! The Enterprise plan provides an open RESTful API for integration with your other systems — external ERP, e-commerce platforms, payment systems.
